Lightweight EN 15551 Buffer
Surlon Durel was the first Indian manufacturer to bring a lightweight buffer to market meeting the full UIC/EN 15551 standard, validated in Germany and rated from -40°C to +50°C without adjustment.

CRASH BUFFERS
Mounted ahead of the coupler at the end of the train, engineered around Durel’s elastomer spring system but tuned to absorb a single large impact event rather than years of routine cycling.

ANTI-CLIMBER
Toothed fittings mounted at the coupling end of a coach that interlock on impact, keeping coaches in line during a collision instead of letting one override the other.
